**What you will do**

Process Intelligence is a data-driven approach to creating process transparency by using advanced process analysis capabilities to uncover how end-to-end processes are actually executed, highlighting gaps between expectation and reality.

In this vital role you will be accountable for executing the Results Delivery Office (RDO) Process Intelligence strategy and supporting our enterprise transformation programs aligned with the company’s most critical initiatives.

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

+ Drive initiatives to maximize business value from process intelligence deployments (current-state understanding, automation/redesign opportunities, and value capture monitoring).
