This person does not need to be technical, but they need to have worked in a Project Manager capacity in Financial Services.
They have to be very strong in Excel, they will spending a lot of time in Excel, keeping all of the horizontal projects updated and be able to report to executives how we are doing on projects.

They have to be sharp, people person, and be able to handle themselves in front of executives and build relationships with people in the
organization to get information they need
