Job Description
Business Analyst
HighPoint’s professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Business Analyst contributes to HighPoint by developing and implementing a long-term data reporting and analysis strategy; maintaining a strong focus on managing recurring and ad-hoc reporting processes from design, data collection, analysis, and reporting; and reporting and analyzing results across all levels of staff and leadership.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Contribute to system improvement efforts by supporting enhancements and troubleshooting defects.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, clarify, and document requirements for system improvements during operations and maintenance.
+ Leverage JIRA to log, monitor, and prioritize work items within an Agile framework.
