**Purpose**

The Business Analyst is responsible for using sophisticated analytics and reporting to identify operational impact and efficiency gains on Dynamic Funds activities and initiatives. The Business Analyst will help lead projects supporting new business activities to increase sales quality of output, and work towards meeting division and departmental goals. The Business Analyst will work collaboratively with internal business partners (i.e. Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, HR, Marketing, IT) in support of achieving mutually agreeable objectives. The Sales Reporting & Analytics team will have superior knowledge of the Dynamic Funds operational procedures and will be expected to provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics as requested by the Director, Sales Reporting & Analytics.
