Business Analyst
Primary Job Duties / Tasks:
Location: Tallahassee, TN (Hybrid)
Duration: 3+ months
Seeking for a Business Analyst will support requirements gathering, backlog management, and quality assurance for the HR Automation initiative. Act as a liaison between Systems Support and HR experts, translating business intent into actionable user stories. Ensure quality assurance and user acceptance testing to address any discrepancies during implementation.
Primary Job Duties / Tasks:
- Coordinate project schedules, implementation plans, and documentation for HR automation releases.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with HR stakeholders and ensure systems meet requirements.
- Develop testing strategies, data scenarios, and test plans.
