Education:

• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution.

Essential:

• At least 10 years of experience in banking, financial services or Insurance industries
• Strong business domain knowledge in retail banking and financial services
• Must have strong project management experience in technology projects involving key customer assisted channels like Operations, Contact Centre, etc
• Able to perform dual role as project manager and functional business analyst
• Experience in managing the projects involving Operations, Contact Centre, & other key banking platforms
• Strong experience in process re-engineering in the areas of customer touchpoints
