Become an integral part of the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence as a Business Analyst, focusing on streamlining demand intake and governance processes. This management role is hybrid and based in multiple Canadian locations.
You will report to the ServiceNow CoE and lead the enterprise intake for all ServiceNow demand. Your responsibilities include facilitating workshops, guiding stakeholders in articulating their needs, and translating these into well-structured, actionable requests.
