Business Analyst Service Sales

Location: Administrative Centre (CA)

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of sales forecasting and planning strategies in line with BAS objectives.
• Participate in recurring BAS strategy sessions including yearly budget reviews and planning exercises with cross‑functional teams including data analytics, aftermarket services, operations, and finance.
• Analyze and solve problems by suggesting improvements to BAS management practices.
• Interact with various teams to address BAS related topics such as capacity needs, new business model requirements, and service challenges.
• Lead and/or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to augment process efficiencies.
• Support BAS management initiatives through the analysis of relevant data, development of action plans, recommendations, and project management of activities to optimize BAS success.
