Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Analyse retailer operational data, including asset flows, stock deviations, and cycle times to produce insights that improve account performance and operational accuracy.
  • Monitor account health by identifying emerging issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely resolution in partnership with retailer account managers.
  • Lead reconciliation and audit activities across assigned retailer portfolios, ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and alignment with compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and communicate KPI and performance reports, translating data into insights that support customer decision‑making and enhance account transparency.
