What You’ll Do

1. Lead business requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design
2. Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation
3. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams (MIS) to drive system enhancements
4. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and process training
5. Act as Product Owner in Agile teams and support strategic initiatives
6. Champion innovation and continuous process improvement across departments
