Het Operations and Transformation Team is een dynamisch en groeiend team (4 VTE) met als missie de strategie van Belfius AM te vertalen naar concrete projecten en deze te implementeren. We ondersteunen de transformatieplannen van verschillende teams (Private Portefeuillebeheer, Collectief Portefeuillebeheer, Risk & Compliance, Legal…).

  • Je bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van strategische projecten (IT en niet-IT), inclusief: analyse van de businessnoden, opstellen van requirements, governance, communicatie, business testing, documentatie, post-implementatie, change management, opleiding…

  • Je ondersteunt projecten die inspelen op Audit/Risk/Compliance aanbevelingen Je identificeert mogelijke risico’s en implementeert maatregelen om deze te beperken.

  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met verschillende teams (IT-ontwikkelaars, testers, architecten, risk, legal, …).
