The opportunity

This role places you at the forefront of the next phase in our People & Culture (P&C) Operations journey, building on the successful implementation of Workday across Beca. You will help drive frontline operational insight and continuous service improvement of our HR systems and functions, translating queries into process and system fixes to evolve and deliver value to the business. As a key link between P&C, and wider business stakeholders, you’ll work within a cross‑functional environment to deeply understand business needs and translate them into clear system and process solutions.
