In this role, you will partner closely with Program Managers and cross‑functional teams to support the successful delivery of client and internal initiatives by driving clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead discovery efforts with customers and internal stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements, facilitating workshops, interviews, and working sessions to uncover root needs and success criteria.
