Reporting into the Manager, Operations Enablement, Canadian Disability & Group Life, as a Business Analyst, you will work closely with your business partners to enable successful delivery of initiatives, with strong focus on stakeholder readiness. Your contributions will ensure our operations teams are able and equipped to embrace project deliverables, without negatively impacting the service of our customers. You possess an excellent balance of analytical, communication, and process design skills. You have a natural curiosity and comfort in asking questions and challenging others, to ensure understanding of details and impact to operations.
