Business Analyst - Barcelona

The Business Analyst is central to supporting data‑driven decisions within our RCO Iberia sales business in Spain and Portugal. You will evaluate, clean, and merge data from various sources to create clear, actionable reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, AX, SAP, and IA. You’ll deliver insights to senior leaders, help optimise performance, and contribute to wider strategic initiatives with the international EMEA team.

Responsibilities

• Review current data sources, highlight gaps and quality issues.
• Create plans to clean, standardise and combine data from CRM SFDC, ERP, Sales, Dealer and Market sources.
• Build strong data governance processes to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Develop data models and visuals that make complex information clear for stakeholders.
