We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience who can effectively manage stakeholders, gather requirements, and drive business solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both finance and manufacturing domains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with business stakeholders and manage customer conversations
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Prepare and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Documents) and FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirement clarity and delivery
• Support project lifecycle with standard BA practices
