Job Description Your Mission
- Support retail and commercial teams through performance analysis, operational cadence, and on-the-ground retail exposure, translating data into actions to improve execution across doors/stores
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance summaries (sell-out, productivity, door performance) with commentary and action points
- Track key retail KPIs and follow up on initiatives (e.g., staffing productivity, stock availability, promo execution-customize to your reality)
- Present insights in weekly commercial/retail meetings; ensure actions are documented and closed
- Support expense tracking vs budget and last year; highlight variances and drivers
- Assist with simple ROI/business case inputs for door investments/renovations (with guidance)
