PURPOSE OF POSITION The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA), operator of the Metrolink Commuter Rail System, is seeking a Business Analyst, who will provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, manage the centralized travel program, and monitor the purchasing card program. At this level, the incumbent has some latitude for independent judgment and may vary work methods and procedures, but usually within prescribed parameters.
