Job Description
The Talent
- Analyze and document business requirements for the Fund Services Project, ensuring alignment with regional and global operational standards and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experience
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Fund Services Project
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to the regional Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations team, addressing operational challenges and driving continuous improvement
- Participate in the testing and validation of system enhancements and new product offerings , ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
