Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct business requirements gathering sessions with business users
- Document AsIs and ToBe process maps
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and Use Cases in line with execution delivery partners’ requirements
- Define acceptance criteria, user stories, and workflows
- Support test planning, UAT coordination, and test case creation
- Ensure seamless communication between business teams and technical delivery teams
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements documentation and process mapping
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, BPMN modeling, and Agile/ Scrum practices
- Domain knowledge in Real Estate / Project Delivery (preferred)
- Strong articulation and analytical skills
