Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with crop insurance expertise to support the analysis, design, and optimization of systems, processes, and data related to federal and private crop insurance products. This role partners closely with product, actuarial, underwriting, compliance, and technology teams to ensure business requirements align with USDA/RMA regulations and operational realities of the crop insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to crop insurance programs, including MPCI, Revenue Protection, Yield Protection, PRF, WFRP, crop hail, and related endorsements.
