BigTapp Analytics is searching for an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on Corporate Banking and AI/ML. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and AI data delivery teams, identifying high‑value machine learning use cases across Corporate Banking domains such as Customer Experience, Revenue Optimization, Credit Risk, Profitability, Fraud and Operations.

• Engage with senior stakeholders across Corporate and Institutional Banking to identify AI/ML opportunities, conduct workshops and gather business requirements.
• Translate business problems into detailed AI/ML use cases, including churn prediction, next‑best action, credit risk scoring, revenue forecasting and fraud detection.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications and Use Case Blueprints.
• Define data requirements, KPIs, business rules and success metrics for AI models.
