LMI is seeking an experienced and skilled Business Analyst to with demonstrated experience in business process automation work to support the U.S. Army in automating human resource processes and workflows. LMI is helping the Army Materiel Command have better visibility into their workforce and automate their human resources processes using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. The ideal candidate has experience in generating requirements using human centered design principals, mapping current state and future state processes, and has experience using the power platform to improve processes.
