Job Description
Business Analyst
HighPoint’s professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The role of Business Analyst contributes to HighPoint by developing and implementing a long-term data reporting and analysis strategy; maintaining a strong focus on managing recurring and ad-hoc reporting processes from design, data collection, analysis, and reporting; and reporting and analyzing results across all levels of staff and leadership.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
+ Advanced written, verbal, and communications skills
+ Data analytics
+ Data management, statistics, accounting, and computer applications
+ Familiarity with agile project methodology
+ Knowledge and experience with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
