Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Treasury and Audit Applications team as part of the Mobility Spin‑Off. This role will work closely with two Scrum Masters / Project Managers and act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
The BA will be heavily involved in requirements gathering, UAT, implementation support, and SDLC documentation, with primary focus on Treasury systems, and secondary support for Audit and CoStar applications.
Key Responsibilities
Support two Scrum Masters / PMs across multiple application workstreams
Primary focus allocation:
60% Treasury applications
20% Audit applications
20% CoStar / Real Estate systems
Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
Participate in application implementations and enhancements
