About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in BFSI to support digital transformation and system enhancement initiatives.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Engage stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives
• Elicit, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements
• Produce high-quality deliverables such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Validate requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness

2. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key liaison between business users, product owners, and technical teams
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthrough sessions
