FUNCTION & SCOPE:
Reporting to the Manager of HCM & Financials Business Services, the Business Analyst will interface and act as the liaison to the RF Information Technology Services Department and associate functional units with RF Central Office Departments and Campuses. The individual in this position will be responsible for business alignment as it relates to Human Resources, Payroll, and related HCM functions within Oracle E-business Suite, as well as other applications supported by RF Central office.
The incumbent provides functional support for assigned applications and performs system development activities including upgrades and patches, diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves application and interface issues.
