About the Role
The Business Analyst will support the execution and implementation of system enhancements. This role focuses on delivering both strategic initiatives and BAU improvements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end delivery and implementation of strategic projects and BAU enhancements
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document AS-IS processes, and design TO-BE processes with clear business rules and solution definitions
