The Training Team are recruiting for a Bus Driving Instructor to join the team based at Northfleet.
The main purpose of the role is to train Category D provisional licence holders to become fully qualified PCV drivers. This includes supporting them to achieve the required standard for their DVSA Module 3 and Module 4 tests, while developing the practical, professional, customer-focused and safety skills needed to become effective in-service bus drivers.
The role will also support existing qualified drivers where required, including driver development, coaching, remedial training and support with maintaining Arriva driving standards.
