Summary

IMPART Alliance is dedicated to training and elevating the Direct Care Worker (DCW) workforce in the state of Michigan. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to drive, operate, and oversee maintenance of a 45 foot long mobile training unit. This individual may also assist with training DCWs in the field. This role requires general mechanical knowledge, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate maintenance records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, efficiency, and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities


+ Map out directions to and from training locations avoiding narrow roadways as well as low bridges and overpasses.

+ Troubleshoot and fix minor problems with the mobile unit while in transit to and from training locations as well as during trainings.
