Job Description
About the Role
- Perform first-line troubleshooting and rectification works to General Building, ACMV, Fire and Electrical equipment and Systems.
- Coordinate and assist in the building daily operations.
- Carry out daily inspections at common area M&E equipment and up-keep of the building’s common area.
- Provide front-line response to site management’s feedback and complaints with regards to M&E matters.
- Coordinate and carry out checks on 3rd party contractor's works in common areas and report to MA.
- Maintain proper stock control for all mechanical/electrical equipment and parts.
- Respond and attend to emergency calls, after office hours and for reinforcement of manpower during major breakdown of plant and equipment.
- Supervise and ensure service contractors conduct servicing properly and in accordance to the service contract requirements.
