In the Building Consents department, our mission is to ensure that buildings across Auckland are safe, functional, and compliant with all regulations. The Project Assessment team is based at the Albany Hub and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while conducting thorough and accurate compliance assessments for a diverse range of building and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Process complex building consent applications.
• Review and assess applications to ensure compliance with the New Zealand Building Code, the Building Act, and other relevant legislation.
• Manage case files efficiently and help customers understand regulatory requirements.
