Job Title: Building Service Engineer

The Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Building Service Engineer to join a maintenance team supporting a large educational environment.
Working across a multi-building site, you will deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs while helping ensure all facilities remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
This is a varied role suited to an engineer with a core trade background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical maintenance who is comfortable working across multiple disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across building services systems
Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely
Support maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
Update maintenance tasks and records using CAFM systems
