AstrongworkingknowledgeoftheBuildingSafetyAct2022,FireSafetyAct2021andtheRegulatoryReform(FireSafety)Order2005,withtheabilitytoapplythesewithinasocialhousingcontext. Anunderstandingofbuildingsafetycaseprinciples,buildingcontrolprocessesandresidentengagementrequirements,alongsidetheroleoftheBuildingSafetyRegulatorandlocalauthoritygovernanceframeworks. Atleastthreeyearsrelevantexperience,havingdevelopedandmanagedBuildingSafety. Itisessentialthatcandidateshavethebelowotherwisetheywillberejected.
