Salary - Up to $110,000

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium residential building in South-western Sydney.  This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of building operations while working closely with owners, contractors, and committee members to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard.

You will play a key role in maintaining building performance, coordinating contractors, and ensuring residents and stakeholders receive a high level of service.

The Role

• Oversee daily building operations and ensure the property is maintained to a high standard
• Manage and coordinate contractors, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
• Maintain building procedures, compliance records, and operational documentation
