Position Purpose
Responsible for maintaining open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds. Assumes direct responsibility for maintenance and landscaping of assigned areas. Performs preventative maintenance, makes minor repairs. Reports major repair and maintenance needs to the Facilities Manager.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
+ Operates building equipment and utilities systems to maintain proper heat, cooling, power, water, plumbing, etc., at all times. Assists outside service representatives in checking, maintaining, and repairing building equipment.
