Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a multi-skilled Fabric Engineer or Building Maintenance Technician looking for a stable, long-term role with excellent support, overtime opportunities, and a strong team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive fabric repairs.
  • General building fabric maintenance including doors, locks/hinges, flooring, and internal fixtures.
  • Floor repairs including fitting and replacing tiles and other surface materials.
  • Minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and basic pipework maintenance.
  • Carrying out basic painting, patch repairs, and general upkeep of internal and external areas.
  • Accurately completing job sheets, compliance documentation, and CAFM system updates.
