Building Fabric Manager - £75-£85k
 
Role Purpose
The Building Fabric Manager is responsible for the effective management, maintenance, and improvement of building fabric across a designated property portfolio. The role ensures all fabric elements of commercial properties are maintained to a high standard, supporting operational performance, statutory compliance, occupier satisfaction, sustainability objectives, and asset value protection.
The successful candidate will oversee planned and reactive fabric maintenance works, manage contractors and specialist suppliers, support lifecycle planning, and ensure delivery aligns with company service standards.
