As a Building Executive / Senior Executive, you will be a key player in ensuring the optimal functioning and maintenance of assigned properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from managing service providers and overseeing day-to-day operations to fostering positive tenant relationships and contributing to budgetary planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contractor and Service Provider Management
Efficiently manage service providers and contractors for maintenance, operations, and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and codes of practice.
2. Operations and Maintenance Oversight
Handle the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned buildings/properties, implementing maintenance programmes to guarantee their proper upkeep.
3. Procurement Management
