1. Design Review & Technical Compliance

• Review engineering drawings and technical submissions
• Ensure compliance with Singapore codes and healthcare standards
• Identify design gaps and resolve issues with consultants
• Oversee systems including ACMV, medical gas, fire protection, structural works, and civil infrastructure

2. Construction Oversight & Coordination

• Conduct site inspections and attend technical meetings
• Review RFIs, site issues, and variation orders
• Coordinate across M&E, civil, structural, and architectural teams

3. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Support system testing and commissioning
• Review reports and ensure deficiencies are rectified
