Position Overview
The Building Maintenance Engineer I is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all building systems within a commercial property. This position performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems.
Job Duties
+ Perform Entry level preventive maintenance diagnosis and repairs on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical items such as; pumps, motors, valves, seals, gaskets, filters, piping, hot water tanks, and fan boxes.
+ Make adjusts and changes to HVAC central plant and controls and related equipment to maintain building standards, along with the operations of the building chiller plant.
+ Perform light carpentry...
