What You Will Do

As a Building Controls Service Technician, you will work across a diverse range of campus facilities, ensuring building management systems, HVAC controls, lighting controls and electrical‑for‑mechanical services operate safely, efficiently and reliably.

This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You will troubleshoot faults, respond to system alarms, carry out planned maintenance, support building upgrades and contribute to energy‑efficiency initiatives across campus. Working closely with engineers, contractors and other trades, you will help deliver smart building solutions that improve performance and occupant comfort.

Who You Are

You are a qualified and registered electrician with strong fault‑finding skills and a genuine interest in controls technology and automation.
