About the role
This vacancy is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
A varied and responsible position providing efficient administrative and secretarial support to a friendly team of Building Surveyors. The nature of this role will be to assist them in managing their ongoing projects from typing and formatting complex documents, database administration and helping to assist in any client/contractor queries where necessary.
You will manage your own busy workload which will include, but not be limited to, helping to draft and format tenders and contracts, which are compliant with the Firmβs procurement policy; produce internal and external reports and organising travel and accommodation.
You will arrange and attend regular team meetings and be responsible for ensuring the Building Consultancy database is kept up to date, including setting up new jobs, processing invoices and archiving past jobs.
