In this role, you'll own features and workstreams end-to-end, from concept to launch, across both backend and frontend, while ensuring the highest level of quality for your team's deliverables. The ideal candidate operates with independence in ambiguous spaces, brings strong technical ability and project management skills, and multiplies the effectiveness of those around them. You'll be the kind of engineer others come to for help, helping shape how your team works, not just what it delivers. Builder II's are also fluent AI practitioners: you don't just use AI tools, you build with AI, creating automations and workflows that others adopt.
