Summary The Smithsonian Institution is the world's largest museum, education, and research complex, with 21 museums and the National Zoo. This position is located in the Finance office, Office of Museum Operations, National Museum of American History (NMAH), Under Secretary for Museums and Culture, Smithsonian Institution (SI). Responsibilities The primary purpose of the position is to perform a wide variety of administrative, analytical, and technical duties connected with the formulation, justification, and execution of NMAH's budgets. The position performs budget administration duties for Federal funds, including Salaries and Expenses, as well as various Trust funds established as endowments, gifts, grants, and contracts.
