Responsibilities As a Budget Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Lead preparation of annual budget estimates for the organization to include appropriated and special act funds balanced against overhead and projected costs. Work with National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Budget, Program Office budget analysts, Business Managers and Line Office Budget Execution Division Chief to execute the Line Office Budget.
