Summary The position is in Financial Management Service at the Greater Los Angeles VA Medical Center (GLA VAMC). The Budget Analyst will perform work by applying budget analysis theory, concepts, methods, and procedures connected with the budget formulation, and execution of VA's particular programs, systems, procedures, functions, and structure of the GLA VA Health Care System. Responsibilities Develops proposed budgetary and procedural guidance, develops summary charts, and highlights issues with background information so that effective budget decisions can be made.
