Broker Sales Manager – Individual Health – DWTC

Job purpose

+ Due to the rapid growth of our Individual business we are looking for a Broker Sales Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our distribution partner relationships, growing our new business and ensuring the delivery of targets.

Main duties and responsibilities

+ Grow and Manage relationships with the Broker segment.
+ Achieve KPIs across Sales.
+ Communicate effectively with the team and management.
+ Presentations to distributions partners.
+ Training and development of both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Provide Regular reporting and information around key metrics.
+ Actively support all team members and provide resource to enable all goals to be achieved.
