Develop, implement, and refine strategic sales plans to achieve organizational sales targets.
Identify and leverage new market opportunities to expand the broker network and capture untapped markets.
Formulate and execute innovative sales and incentive programs to enhance broker participation and performance.
Broker Recruitment & Sales Team Leadership
Recruit and onboard real estate brokers to strengthen the companyβs sales network.
Manage and oversee Broker Sales Managers and their accredited brokers, ensuring performance targets are met.
Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development to the broker sales team.
Organize and lead regular sales meetings, training sessions, and engagement activities for brokers.
