Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site testing of construction materials (concrete, asphalt, soil, etc.) according to UK industry standards (BS, EN, ASTM).
• Perform tests including plate testing, concrete cube making, and more.
• Record and evaluate material performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain field‑testing equipment, troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure testing procedures are not delayed.
• Collaborate with site teams to resolve material‑related issues.

Required

• Minimum 2 years of field‑based experience in materials testing, specifically with a strong focus on concrete, soil, asphalt, aggregates.
• Experience with field testing equipment.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong commitment to quality and safety.
